The 2022 Responsible Business and CSR Awards will be given out for superior performances in the past 12 months.
Nominees will select Award Categories found on the Nomination page.

The Zambia Responsible Business and CSR Awards recognise the active involvement of organisations and their teams directly in communities through charitable, voluntary or community projects in respective localities, or through partnerships with local charitable, voluntary or community organisations that have had a quantifiable positive effect on the local community over the last year/s. The CSR Award may be for a one-off initiative run by an organisation, or as part of a long-standing, structured CSR program. The organisation should have a proven record of accomplishment in CSR activity.

Award winners are mobilized from the diverse sectors of the economy where they have created positive impact towards Zambia’s sustainable development vis a vis contributing towards the country’s vision 2030 and Sustainable Development Goals.

Companies from all over the country are encouraged to nominate themselves and enter their favorite projects or programmes implemented in the last one year through an online nomination form circulated. There is no limit to the number of entries per company. Local organizations, including NGOs, media houses, advertising agencies, management consultants and suppliers of products and services will also be invited to nominate companies in the Award categories for specific projects, programmes and services that showcase their CSR commitment.

All nominees for the 2022 CSR Awards will be carefully screened by the CSR Network Zambia Adjudication Team. Follow up interviews may be conducted to gather all the necessary information.

REQUIRED FOR EVERY NOMINATION

  1. A 1-2 page write-up or summary of the project/individual nominated, highlighting key achievements and related metrics, where possible.
  2. Pictures as evidence of intervention
  3. Short video of intervention/campaign/individual
