The Founders

CSR Network Zambia was formed with a sole aim in mind – to engage small and large businesses, civil society organisations and government institutions, in order to encourage them to strengthen their commitment to sustainable development across the country so as to contribute to sustainable economic growth and the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Lee Muzala

An ICT4D expert and Project Management specialist. He is an accomplished consultant and trainer in ICT4D having spent more than 18 years as Managing Director for an ICT consultancy firm and ten (10) years working as a Technical Consultant for projects in Zambia supported by a Dutch NGO, IICD based in the Hague. Currently serving as the Executive Director of CSR Network Zambia.

Michael Ndambo

A holder of a BSc IT and Business development, and has both local and international experience in sales, marketing and business development. His role is to engage small and large businesses to strengthen their commitment to sustainable development across the country so as to contribute to sustainable economic growth leading to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Willard Razawo

Founder of CSR Network Zimbabwe. An experienced Business Development Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the media production industry. Skilled in Marketing Management, Negotiation, Business Planning, International Business, and Media Relations. Strong business development professional with a BA Media focused in Communication and Media Studies.
